The doll and porcelain collection is housed on around 300 m² on two floors. A modern new building houses the nativity scene exhibition and offers space for events and special exhibitions.
The museum is barrier-free.

Adults reduced: €3,00 (for locals, guests with a valid Garmisch-Partenkirchen spa card, seniors aged 65 and over, students, people with disabilities, groups of 10 or more)
Family ticket: €7,00 (adults with their own children or grandchildren)
