Enjoy your time out in our AUSZEIT: Start your visit with us with one of our aperitifs and then immerse yourself in the many culinary experiences.

Our restaurant is characterized by the clever combination of classic elegance and cheeky creativity. The light-flooded guest room is divided into two areas. There is also an adjoining room and a wonderful panoramic terrace on the park with a view of the mountains. The selection of dishes ranges from smart, cheeky to classic but always freshly prepared for you, usually light and with a Mediterranean touch. We attach great importance to the products chosen, the seasonality and the freshness of the ingredients. Regional specialties are prepared as well as delicacies from our neighbors' lands. You can almost always find meat from Riegsee organic pastured oxen, which we have bred ourselves, in a wide variety of variations on our menu. We use a lot of herbs when preparing our dishes and always make sure to have good things in our pots. We still cook ourselves and our menu is constantly changing, as the freshness of the products and creativity are particularly important to us.
From now on you can take your break home with you. In our integrated delicatessen shop you will find many of our delicatessen products (pickled vegetables, cheese and sausage specialties from the region as well as from Friuli and Veneto. We will be happy to select the right wine for you from our large wine range. We would be happy to prepare individual gift baskets for you.
