Directions

The tour begins in Murnau at the train station. From there you drive downhill to Ähndl and through the Murnauer Moos. Then it goes uphill to Bad Kohlgrub. From there you drive through the district of Kraggenau to Wurmansau and reach the passion play location Oberammergau. We go along the Ammer to Ettal. Over the Old Ettaler Berg - beware of the sliding section! - we go down to Oberau. Along the Loisach you first reach Eschenlohe, then Ohlstadt and finally return to Murnau.

safety instructions

Please always be considerate of pedestrians and hikers. Make yourself noticed in good time, reduce speed and get off on narrow paths and push the bike. We appeal for respectful interaction between hikers and cyclists.
