Directions

You leave the idyllic town of Schöffau and head along the tarred path to Kalkofen to the Blaslhof, which with its animals offers a welcome change for families with children. Through the fox forest you reach a hill with lush meadows. The bench at the Feldkreuz invites you to linger, because from here the view glides over the gently hilly foothills of the Alps with its small hamlets to the Ammer Mountains. Through the Kirnberg farm you return to Schöffau on an asphalt road.

From Munich via the A95 and the B472 and from Garmisch-Partenkirchen via the B2.

Train stop: Uffing train station (route: Munich - Murnau - Garmisch-Partenkirchen)
