How to get there

This is how you get to the Blue Land

By car

You can reach the Blue Land either from

  • Munich: via the A95 to the Murnau/Großweil or Sindelsdorf motorway exit.
     
  • Augsburg: via the B23 and in Rottenbuch continue to Bobing towards Uffing or via Bad Kohlgrub towards Grafenaschau.
     
  • Innsbruck: here direction Garmisch-Partenkirchen, then follow the signs to A95 / Munich. After Oberau, turn right before the motorway towards Murnau.

 

With public transport

The Blue Land is convenient with that Train from Munich to achieve.

From Towards Innsbruck you take the train via Garmisch-Partenkirchen to the Blue Land.

You will receive an electronic guest card from landlords who offer free bus travel. With this you can use all regional buses in the Ammergau Alps and the Blue Land without paying a cent and move around the region comfortably without the hassle of parking.
