Experience the history of Uffing up close!

For Uffing's 1250th anniversary, an accompanying exhibition was housed in the Uffing parish hall, ushering in the history of the local museum.

After this ceremony, the search for suitable presentation rooms for the parade props and the remaining exhibits began. The old fire station served as an exhibition space until 1995. In June 1996, a local museum was opened in Uffing.

Since then, there has been a permanent exhibition on the first floor with craft and farm equipment from Uffing and Schöffau, as well as memorabilia from the history of Uffing.

The old village model, which shows Uffing around 1706 and was created by master tailor Josef Mayer for the 1250th anniversary, is particularly beautiful.

There are always changing exhibitions on the ground floor. There is also a permanent exhibition of Uffinger artists there.
