The meat comes from the region and from sensible, organic farming. Yoghurt, fresh vegetables, fruits, traditional spices, herbs from our own garden and fine olive oil are waiting to be transformed into Anatolian delicacies.
Everything here is handmade. Also our home-baked EFENDI bread.
We don't use any finished products. We want our guests to get to know Turkish cuisine with modern influences. Enjoy unique meze and specialties from the lava stone grill.
